**Our product**

There is the case that a product price is changed to by campaigns.

When you want to order, please confirm the price of product page.

**Ways to order**

1.In Cart
Please choose a color and the size of the product which you want to order in a product details page. Please click a "In Cart" button.
On the "cart" page, an order product is displayed with a list. You can regulate the number of the product in this page.
When you want to order other products successively, please click a "Continue shopping" of the lower part of the page.

2.Sign-in and Create
Please only use English when filling out the Order Form. (Even if your country of residence uses another language.)
After you confirm products to order in a "cart" page, please click a "next" button. You move to a member login screen.
If you are Returning Customer, Sign In with your "E-Mail Address" and "Password".
If you are New Customer, click a 'Create Account' button, and input your information please. In addition, if you want to purchase a product as a nonmember, please click 'Purchase without sign-in' button.

3.Payment Guidance
Please only use English when filling out the Order Form. (Even if your country of residence uses another language.)
If you are heavily filtering your mails, make sure to grant permission for our domain name, "@joybank.net".

A PayPal account is required to order.
We accept payment by PayPal sent in Japanese Yen.

After order completion, we send an email of the request within three business days.
By this email, you can confirm the total sum including the postage.
The shipping cost depends on your location and gross weight.

Please pay after confirming a request email from our store.


! Attention !

Please edit your Paypal shipping address same as your shipping address before making the payment, that keeps both of us from Paypal chargeback problems.
Please be noted that we can send your order only to your Paypal shipping address when both addresses are not same.

**Returns**

You cannot cancel after shipment.
